Replacements and Returns Policy
- You have 30 days from delivery of your item(s) to initiate a replacement or return, no
justification needed
- Please inspect your item(s) carefully upon delivery
- Return shipping cost not covered
- Replacements will be ordered as soon as we receive the return tracking number
- For returns, a full refund will be issued upon receipt of the item(s)
- To initiate a replacement or return, please email kqsfdrip@gmail.com with the order number
in the subject and mention which items you wish to return in the body
- Please note that we cannot guarantee free replacement of orders lost due to supplying an
incorrect mailing address. We will see what we can do to find the package, but we are
subject to the policies of Printify and the particular last-mile carrier for the package.
